a. Request by Jones Sign for off-premise billboards at the following locations:
i. SU-1203, located 1.1 miles north of Lineville Road on the east side of East Deerfield Avenue.
ii. SU-791-4, located .9 miles north of Lineville Road on the east side of East Deerfield Avenue.
iii. SU-792-1, located .5 miles north of Lineville Road on the southeast corner of Woodfield Court & East Deerfield Avenue.
iv. SU-197-1, 1675 Summerfield CT, located on the north side of Norfield Road at US HWY 41
b. Review of requirements for the exterior of buildings in the Town Center plan.
