CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Committee Chair, Al Stachura called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm
Committee members present were: Al Stachura, Mary Steffen, Jackie Arndt, & Sheri Worth.
Committee members absent were: Dan McQuillan
Staff present were: Steve Dunks, Zoning Administrator
APPROVE AGENDA
Motion by Arndt to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Steffen, motion carried 4-0
APPROVE MINUTES FROM: February 27, 2008
Motion by Steffen to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Arndt, motion carried 4-0
PUBLIC FORUM (non-agenda items): Anything, which may be brought before the Design Review Committee, for which no referral shall be made or action shall be taken.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND ACTION:
a. Wall signage for "Artworks", located in the Urban Edge development east of Velp Avenue on Lineville Road. Parcel SU-765, zoned Hwy Business with a Planned Commercial Development overlay.
Rene Van Den Elzen, Orde Signs present for Artworks.
Motion by Worth to approve as presented, second by Arndt, motion carried 4-0
