MINUTES
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Committee Chair, Al Stachura called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm
Committee members present were: Al Stachura, Mary Steffen, Dan McQuillan, Jackie Arndt, & Sheri Worth.
Staff present were: Steve Dunks, Zoning Administrator & Graham Callis, Community Development Director.
APPROVE AGENDA
Motion by Steffen to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by McQuillan, motion carried 5-0
APPROVE MINUTES FROM: March 26, 2008
Motion by McQuillan to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Arndt, motion carried 5-0
PUBLIC FORUM (non-agenda items): Anything, which may be brought before the Design Review Committee, for which no referral shall be made or action shall be taken.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND ACTION:
a. Electronic reader sign review for Neighbors Pub & Grill. Located on the corner of Velp Avenue & Riverside Drive.
Scott Flaeschel, Neighbors Pub & Grill and Todd Thomas, Creative Sign present.
Motion by Steffen to approve, because it is located on Velp Avenue & not the interior Town Center, as a level 2 red on black display, second by Arndt, motion carried 5-0
b. Sign review for Heartland Church. Located on the corner of Lineville Road & Pinecrest Road.
Rene Van Den Elzen, Orde Signs present for the Church
Motion by McQuillan to approve as presented with the following conditions;
Lights off by 9:00 pm unless an activity is in progress
Provide landscaping around the base of sign
Second by Arndt, motion carried 5-0
