CALL MEETING TO ORDER

Committee Chair, Mary Steffen called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm

Committee members present were: Mary Steffen, Dan McQuillan, Jackie Arndt, & Sheri Worth

Committee members absent were: Al Stachura

Staff present was: Steve Dunks, Zoning Administrator

APPROVE AGENDA

Motion by Arndt to approve the agenda as presented, second by McQuillan, motion carried 4-0

APPROVE MINUTES FROM: May 14, 2008

Motion by McQuillan to approve the minutes as presented, second by Worth, motion carried 4-0

PUBLIC FORUM (non-agenda items): Anything, which may be brought before the Design Review Committee, for which no referral shall be made or action shall be taken.
