CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Committee Chair, Mary Steffen called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm
Committee members present were: Mary Steffen, Al Stachura & Jackie Arndt
Committee members absent were: Dan McQuillan & Sheri Worth
Staff present was: Steve Dunks, Zoning Administrator & Graham Callis
APPROVE AGENDA
Motion by Stachura to approve the agenda as presented, second by Arndt, motion carried 3-0
APPROVE MINUTES FROM: May 28, 2008
Motion by Stachura to approve the agenda as presented, second by Arndt, motion carried 3-0
PUBLIC FORUM (non-agenda items): Anything, which may be brought before the Design Review Committee, for which no referral shall be made or action shall be taken.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND ACTION:
a. Building, landscape, lighting & site review for parcel SU-252-2-1 for a fitness center/gymnasium. Located on the east side of Velp Avenue, 3,100 feet north of School Lane
Motion by Stachura to approve with the following conditions:
Cut block & wood grained vinyl siding
Add cupola’s & shutters
Signage & landscape to be approved at a later date
Dumpster area to be enclosed if a dumpster is used on the property
Second by Arndt, motion carried 3-0
