Call Meeting To Order
Meeting was called to order by Chair, Beth Sheedy at 7:00 p.m.
Approve Agenda
Motion was made by Commissioner Robb to approve the agenda; second by Commissioner Salemi.
Motion carried 6-0.
Consent agenda
a. Approve the Minutes of the Wednesday, January 9, 2008, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting
b. Building Permit Report:
Motion was made by Commissioner Zastrow to approve the consent agenda; second by Commissioner Thomson.
Motion carried 6-0.
Public Forum (non-agenda items): Anything, which may be brought before the Plan Commission, for which no referral shall be made or action shall be taken.

Discussion/Recommendation: Request by Jason Ward, 3766 Stream Road, parcel SU-323, located on the east side of Stream Road immediately south of the Suamico River for the following:
c. Rezone from Agriculture to Rural Residential
d. 3 lot certified survey map as prepared by Mau & Associates
Sherise Carlson, owner of property SU-323-3/Stream Road (next to Mr. Ward):
We do currently have livestock, and my concern is how would that future change of zoning effect us? We do have horses, we do 4-H projects, and in a couple of weeks we have sheep and pigs coming.
Staff: it should not have any effect on the adjacent parcel. Their existing uses will continue to be AG.
ITEM A:
Motion was made by Commissioner Thomson to recommend approval of rezone request for parcel SU-323 from agriculture to rural residential to the Village Board; second by Commissioner Mike Salemi.
Motion carried 6-0.
ITEM B:
Motion was made by Commissioner Zastrow to approve the certified survey map for parcel SU-323 subject to the 8 conditions contained in the staff report.
The property is rezoned from (AG) Agriculture to (RR) to Rural Residential.
Add a restrictive covenant that shall read: "Prior to issuance of a building permit for construction on Lot 1, a site plan showing the building footprint, ESA and setback lines, and a grading plan detailing the conveyance of storm water from the roadside ditch to the pond shall be submitted and approved by Village of Suamico staff".
Change note #4 on page two of the CSM to read: "The existing pond shall be maintained by the abutting property owners of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3".
List the source of the flood plain information on the CSM.
Show on the CSM tax parcel numbers for all existing surrounding parcels.
Show on the CSM all existing driveways and other access points to the subject parcel.
Payment of the parkland dedication fee to the village.
Meets requirements of all other applicable ordinances, regulations and reviewing agencies.
Second by Commissioner Salemi
Motion carried 6-0.
