Discussion/Recommendation: Request by Robert Pratsch to rezone SU-421 & SU-421-3 from Industrial-1 to Business. Located on the west side of West Deerfield Avenue south of Riverside Drive.

Father Gary Dantinne Pastor from St. Benedict’s Parish- Is there any plan of what is going to go in there?

Motion by Commissioner Thomson to recommend approval to rezone parcel SU-421 and SU-421-3, from (I-1) Industrial District (Limited) to (B) Business District.
