If you have any problems using the online request system, send an e-mail to doreen@suamico.org Please type "request system" in the subject line.

Do not use this system to request immediate action by Public Safety personnel. If timely response is needed, call 9-1-1 for emergencies or (920) 448-4200 for non-emergency services.

The request system will be monitored by staff during regular business hours only. For all departments regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of the Department of Public Works, their hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Offices are closed on most standard holidays.

Privacy Policy

Please note that the Village of Suamico does not share information gathered through its Web site with third parties for promotional purposes. However, any information you provide to the village is a public record.

Village Board Resolution No. 07024 requires that a concerned party provide his or her name, address and telephone number. (e-mail is an optional way of contact). Failure to provide this information often prevents village staff from following up on concerns. In addition, we use this information to contact you about our progress in following up on your request or for additional details, if needed.
