SEX OFFENDER INFORMATIONAL NOTIFICATION

The Brown County Sheriff's Department wishes to inform you that the following convicted Sex Offender is moving into a residence in your area.

This party IS NOT wanted by the Police. This is ONLY an information memo for you.

The Brown County Sheriff's Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.

Convicted Sex Offender Michael. M. Malcore was convicted of possession of child pornography in 2001. Mr. Malcore will be on supervision and part of his condition of release will be no alcohol and no contact with children.

On October 2, 2007, Mr. Malcore will be moving into an address at 12311 Velp Avenue. He will be on an electronic monitoring device.

The release of this information is intended to educate and protect the public and is not to be used to injure, harass, or commit a criminal act against any individual or their family. Anyone taking criminal action against any registrant or their families is subject to criminal prosecution.
