A RESOLUTION amending the 2007 Fee Schedule

The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Board has previously approved Resolution 07002 on January 8, 2007 setting the fees for Village services, permits and property use for 2007;

WHEREAS, a fee of $2.75 per ACH transaction was included in error in the fee schedule adopted at that time;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2007 fee schedule be amended to remove the $2.75 per ACH transaction fee.
