A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 08002 SETTING FEES FOR
VILLAGE SERVICES, PERMITS, & PROPERTY USE FOR 2008
The Board of Trustees of the Village Board of Suamico do resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Village Board has previously approved Resolution 08002 on January 7, 2008 setting the fees for Village services, permits and property use for 2008;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2008 fee schedule be amended to include a permit fee for the following:
1. Revise Residential Building Permit Erosion Control Fee from $75.00 to $150.00
2. Remove $175.00 from Commercial Building Permit Erosion Control for 1st acre and $75.00 for each additional acre.
3. Add $350.00 for 1st acre and $75.00 for each additional acre for storm water permit.
4. Add a $500.00 deposit for Residential Building Permits to cover staff activities associated with erosion control compliance.
5. Add a $750.00 deposit for Commercial Building Permits to cover staff activities associated with erosion control compliance.
Unused deposits shall be returned to the permit holder within 30 days of close out of the storm water permit.
BE IT RESOLVED, the attached schedule of fees for village services, permits & property use for 2008 shall be implemented as presented.
